Description:
  • Executive support is a highly specialized team that focuses on all IT and AV related needs of Senior Executives in the corporation. The team offers a wide array of unique IT and AV services with in-depth personal one on one interaction to insure constant, concise and timely problem resolution

    The Executive Support Program includes Desktops, Laptops, Cell Phones, Applications, Email, Blackberry, and remote connectivity as well as support for all Board of Directors Meetings /Dinners, Executive Meetings, Home Equipment, Travel and off Site Business

    Executive support provides direct on site upgrade and maintenance of all PC’s, Blackberry’s and printers. This specialized team provides one on one personalized support all IT related equipment executives may use on a daily basis.

    Executive support provides high-level support for all board of directors meetings as well as board of director’s dinners. The boardroom table consists of twenty-eight individual workstations connected to twenty-eight PC’s. Our specialized team provides constant upgrades and testing for this table and works very closely with our AV vendor on its upkeep and maintenance.

    Executive support handles all AV related meetings including the earnings and AXA calls as well as all board related meetings. Executive support works closely with meeting presenters and their meeting materials to make sure everything is exactly how to presenter wants it. Executive support provides a quick run threw of how the room works and will even provide in room assistance during the meetings. Executive support works closely with the Corporate AV Team to insure that all meeting equipment is tested and working properly before every meeting.

    The executive home support team provides same day and scheduled home support for executives in the corporation. Support includes the purchase of any hardware the user needs to connect in to State Street. Home support provides support for all types of connections in to client including T1, wireless, ASG and VPN.

    Executive support is on call for executives that are traveling with in the United States and abroad. Executive support will work closely with the user and the global helpdesks to provide quick and accurate resolutions to any issues that may arise when traveling.

    Executive support provides IT support for many offsite meetings including the Board of Director retreats and the Executive Summits globally

I am hoping to eventually have all my hot job openings posted here. Obviously it is a work in progress. But you should expect to see, openings for :

  • java developers, j2ee, jsp, servlets, back end oracle, pl/sql, typically out or financial or investment firms, having worked on trading systems, equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc
  • erp specialists, focusing in peoplesoft campus solutions, sap, most modules, sd, mm, sm, fico, wm, etc also oracle financials, ap, ar, gl, po projects, project costing, billing, etc
  • Business Analyst- mixing functional skills, meeting with users, gathering requirements, working with traders, strengths in investment domains like corporate actions, equities, fixed income, able to read and write basic sql queries
  • some other jobs will be : Project Manager, Quality Assurance, DBA's, Help Desk, C++ and technical writers.
