The Middleware Group is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the engineering, roll out, and operational support of middleware messaging products.
This individual will be primarily responsible for planning, architecture, implementation and support of our middleware messaging infrastructure for high availability, recoverability and reliability.
The key words are: Infrastructure Design, Delivery, and Support.
Strong system analysis, architecture, design and administration skills. The position breaks down as follows: 50% hands-on system engineering & aministration, 35% infrastructure design and architecture practices, 15% leadership: working with support engineers, vendors and developers across teams
Very close to the technology - design, configure and support middleware messaging products
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices - Configuration, Change and Release Management.
Strong Infrastructure Management background - capacity planning, performance management and security
