MS Exchange/Active Directory Engineer, fulltime and contract in MA

I have a client with both a full time and contract need for a senior microsoft windows engineer with their primary focus being in Active Directory and Exchange.The key words are: Infrastructure Design, Delivery, and Support.

Job Qualifications

* 5+ years experience supporting Microsoft Exchange
* Extensive experience in design, maintenance and support of an Exchange infrastructure including performance, capacity, recovery technologies for DR and HA, and journaling for compliance
* Knowledge of industry best practices related to email routing, filtering, monitoring, storage, backup and disaster recovery is required
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proven record for attention to detail
* A proven ability to interact successfully with clients, and maintain open communications at all times
* Application Experience in Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Iron Mail, Blackberry Enterprise Server, OCS 2007, Symantec Enterprise Vault
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 5 plus years related experience is a must.

This individual will be primarily responsible for planning, architecture, implementation and support of our messaging and communications infrastructure for high availability, recoverability and reliability.

As a Systems Engineer the candidate will have following responsibilities

* Work on the architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and support of the messaging and communications infrastructure
