SAP BI LEAD, IMMEDIATE FULL TIME NEED, 175k PACKAGE IN PA

Must have extensive LEAD experience along with experience in overall BI Strategy.

MUST BE AN SAP BI EXPERT!!!


OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for determining the global BI/DW strategy and leading the technical aspects of the planning, design and delivery of SAP BI solutions, interfaces, conversions and hardware/ software oversight. Direct reports will include the BI team members. Individual will work closely with the process team leads and process owners’ council to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed are in support of the business process goals and objectives across the global enterprise.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience using SAP's Business Warehouse in areas such as:

o Extractors for master data and transaction data, PSAs, DSOs, InfoCubes, InfoQueries, InfoSets, ABAP/4,

o BEx reporting and/or experience with Business Object tools such as Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, Explorer, Voyager.

· Experience leading BI system development for at least 3 ERP implementations.

· Strong functional and technical background with reporting and data modeling.

· Knowledge of different modules in SAP (MM, FI, SD etc) including translating requirements from these modules to BI reports.

· 3 to 5 years experience leading / managing a team of 3 to 5 individual
