OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for teaming with the Finance Process Lead and the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Lead within the Program. This includes business and technical requirements gathering, scope development and issue resolution. Individual will work closely these Process Leads to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed are in support of the Finance and P2P business processes goals and objectives across the global enterprise.



POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work with the Deputy Program Director and the IT Lead to develop the project plan on all new projects

· Work with the Finance and P2P process teams to develop and document the “to-be” business process design

· Participate in the Finance and P2P process workshops and presentations to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community

· Work with the process teams to create, update and review Business Process requirements

· Assist with the Finance and P2P business requirements and the relevant ERP functionality fit/gap assessments

· Communicate status and progress to Team Leaders

· Work with the project team to manage the execution of the project plan

· Manage the logistics of project plan tasks
